Repeat Visitor Card (FREE Printable)

I’ve been having fun with paper and our church copier because I’ve been able to update our visitor ministry literature. I updated our brochure, connection card, and repeat visitor card. The repeat visitor card is a way to encourage first time visitors to come back three more times. This would make their total attendance to our church four times. That’s equivalent to a month of church attendance!

I say equivalent because, as you see in the image below, we encourage them to return on three separate Sundays, not consecutive Sundays. Even if they return sporadically, that gives us four Sundays to connect with them and establish a relationship.

Our first time visitors receive a goody bag with candy, small gifts (a toy, sticker, pencil, or notebook from Oriental Trading), and ministry literature. Since they get some goodies on their first visit, we sign the repeat visitor card on their 2nd, 3rd, and 4th visit.

Our Repeat Visitor Cards have our logo and other identifiers on it, but the one below does not. I hope you can use it to encourage visitors to return!

PDF File: Repeat Visitor Card

The PDF file has 2 pages that will make 4 cards. Print the pages out and make copies back-to-back. Use cardstock so it holds up well with handling. Cut along the lines.

You can either sign the numbers 1, 2, 3 or punch them out. Make sure to have wow-gifts handy for your repeat visitors!

Some ideas for WOW gifts:

  1. Bible
  2. Devotional or book
  3. Worship CD
  4. Gift card
  5. Ministry shirt (or something with your ministry logo on it)
